Return Policy
Changed your mind about your IPTV Box, or something arrived wrong? Here’s exactly how returns work at World View HD.
Return window
Send it back within 7 days of delivery, and keep it unopened. If your box arrives on a Monday, you’ve got until the following Monday. Once it’s opened or in use, we treat it as sold, that’s how we’re able to guarantee every unit ships new and sealed.
Restocking fee
Standard returns come with a 25% restocking fee. On a $299 box, that means a refund of $224.25. This covers what it costs us to process and restock the unit.
If we’re the ones who made the mistake like wrong item, defective unit, none of that applies to you. We cover the restocking fee and pay for return shipping ourselves. That one’s on us.
Get a Return Authorization Number first
Before you package anything, contact our support team. They’ll give you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with the address to send it to. Returns without a RAN don’t get accepted, so this step isn’t optional, skip it, and you’ll just be waiting longer for your money.
Refund timing
Expect your refund within about two weeks of dropping the package off with the shipper. That covers three things: transit time to reach us, our processing time once it’s in, and 5 to 10 business days for your bank to finish the transfer. A lot of customers get theirs faster, but two weeks is the number we can actually promise.
Activation and Recharge Codes work differently
An Activation Code or Recharge Code gets tied to your account the second it’s issued, so this return policy doesn’t cover them. Having trouble activating or renewing? Contact support and we’ll fix it from there, no return needed.
Still have a question about your return? Our support team is on 24/7 across Australia, the US, Canada, and worldwide, in English, Hindi, Urdu, or Punjabi.
